You can cancel or reschedule your appointment online up to 72 hours (3 days) in advance, no sweat.
If you need to cancel or reschedule on short notice (within 72 hours of the appointment), you'll need to reach out directly. Via email at rose.the.silver.stylist@gmail.com or call/text (206)590-5643.
Here's how it works:
1. First short notice cancellation: you're off the hook. I get it, life happens.
2. Second one: you'll be asked to provide a credit card to keep on file. You won't be charged.
3. Third one: the credit card on file will be charged a 50-100% cancellation fee for this and future last-minute cancellations.
Please be mindful that when you cancel an appointment on short notice, it impacts my small business' bottom line.
That said, I totally understand that sometimes it's outside of your control, and exceptions will be made for extenuating circumstances.

That means I'm either not working or I'm fully booked that day.
You can find my schedule on the "FIND ME" page. If I'm unavailable during regular working hours, you can add yourself to the waitlist for that day. If a spot opens up, everyone on the waitlist for that day will be notified, and the first person to book will get the appointment.
